i'm mexican whit diabetes, i find this recipe delicious, i love to make burritos of avocado in whole grain tortillas, or burritos of beans, or burritos of anaheim chilli roasted and pealed whit low fat mayonaise, they are nice too
Thank you for asking yessyoyo. I have a couple more videos to edit and then I'm done making cooking videos, at least for now. I plan on doing a series of videos on why not to vaccinate, interviewing experts. However, all of my recipes (except the veggie burger) work well when grains are added. Making whole grains is easy: usually it's just 2 parts water to 1 part grain, and cook for 20 to 40 minutes. Add sea salt. My stir fry recipes would be perfect for adding grains to. :)
