The song is called "Long Long Ago 20th Century" by Norio Sakai. Ending song from Kamen Rider Black. It's pretty sad because I recall the past happy memories just like the show. The three characters (Kotaro, Kyoko, and Katsumi) recall happy moments when Nobuhiko was still with them. I think I remember in the lyrics it did say something about when the sea was cobalt blue and there were sakura shells or something. It was english subtitled by Century Kings.
