Seen & heard her live at the AfroPunk Fest in Brooklyn. Her and the band are ridiculously skilled and talented. She turns me on in a way these half-naked half-talents never do. Something to be said for creativity, heart and looks in an artist.

gurl studied her some Klaus Nomi and some Grace Jones. Throw some Black Rock Coalition in there, some P-Funk echos, Sun Ra vibrations and a hefty dose of Afrofuturism and voilà! I LOVE her performance style. It is weirdweirdweird that she is on Bad Boy. But that gets her the naitonal tour sooner rather than later I suppose...

now i am all for something different and having your own style. I like new artist who are doing it their own way and actually have the talent to back it up. I have seen this chick perform a number of times, even saw her music video. keeping it real: besides being weird and peculiar, i just dont see the actual talent. she cant even damn sing! puff daddy aint gone make money off her no-singing ass!
