Lol, Ruff is bush league. Drury wasn't paying attention and got smoked, so Ruff tells mair/peters to go out and injure spezza/heatley. You think Sens are cowardly for "letting" peters fight Rayzer? no one needed to step in for emery hes tough clearly he wasnt scared he was grinning the whole time..what a beauty..give biron some credit though never fought in his career didnt back down..and the hit was clean but just a little late drury should no better.

None of the Sens stuck up for Emery cuz they all know he can hold his own! And if you watch the replay you can see that the hit was a bit late but was clean. Dury had his head down and only cracked his head open cuz his helmet was not on properly. As for leaf fans... have fun missing the playoffs two seasons in a row! hahaha LOSERS

it's not the point that he can hold his own. the reason buffalo started the brawl is because drury got his clock cleaned (and it wasn't even a dirty hit!) and they had to send a message. the senator message was take a shot at emery, he'll stick up for himself, we won't stick up for him. as soon as peters made the move someone should have moved to intercept, that's the way it's got to be done.

Murray did make a bad coaching move by putting on Heatley and Spezza. Drury was a clean hit, he had his head down watching his shot. Anyone whose played contact hockey knows you gotta keep your head up at all time. And Ottawa is a soft team? We have the NHL hit leader.
