To the man who posted the rude video response: I am not a doctor, I am a patient and a survivor doing what I can to bring about awareness of colorectal cancer. While there are various methods to detect colorectal cancer including a colonoscopy, talk to your family doctor to see what is the best detection method for you. As a person who was misdiagnosed by the methods you suggest, get your facts straight and most importantly, get screened.
Thank you for helping to spread the news about the importance of screening! This is grassroots advocacy at its finest! I'll share this video with my co-workers here at the Colorectal Cancer Coalition.
i have been rediagnosed with colorectal cancer which has spread to my lungs. As many doctors have told me my life may be coming to a close in the next few years, please continue spreading the word about this disease. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I will keep all of you in mine. All the best forever.
Thank you so much. It is amazing how this video is only beginning to affect the lives of so many people. Thank you for spreading the word and continue to go through your e-mail address book and send it to everybody you know and encourage them to do the same. Knowledge is power!!
Hi Tim! THANK YOU for making "rears" across the country and internationally a priority!!! You truly captured the cornerstone of so many communities...the barbershops and salons supporting the message that CRC is preventable! Your amazing!
Hi Tim: You look well. This is a great concept as we digest information better from people we trust. (Sure wish there was a stronger connection in our Public schools!) Did you play golf in SC? Be well.
Excellent Tim....excellent. Tolland Connecticut supports educating individuals in support of National Colorectal Cancer Month. One upscale hair salon and a very nice restaurant have Colon Cancer Pins, educational material and Cancer Bracelets at their registers. The State of Connecticut put out a two page spread on Colon Cancer and a website to take a Colon Cancer test. Spread the knowledge........Preventable Treatable Beatable!
