The main idea about youtube is the "related videos" electronic domains. when you are a started on youtube no matter how many tags u put in your vids, your vids will be in their own "space" and never show up in related vids. then once you post more vids or get more views, suddenly u enter a larger space in which your vid is related to other vids.

the other thing is playlists become available for your channel only after u grow a certain size
