If I won the lottery or was really rich I would love to donate some money to make my community of Oak Cliff and Jefferson street as brightly lit as Sunset Strip.
I read an article about this in the Houston Chronicle, and immediately went to Youtube to view the results. What a fabulous idea! Love your perseverance and dedication to improving life and slowing it down to "stop and smell the roses".
