Believe it or not a hand stand is all in the fingers, back, and hips. Try to keep your back as straight a you can get it. Once you feel your body moving press down on your fingers and adjust the hips accordingly. Spliting your legs divides the weight making the move much easier than it woulg be with you legs together. For one hand it's the same basis but it requiers a lot more strength and balance. Hope it helped! :D
