This commercial is SO deceiptive. Of course the amendment will be in the Constitution, "guaranteed". Where else would it be? Also, your commercial makes it sound as if the $850mil figure is a part of the actual amendment. It's not. In fact, it's mentioned nowhere in the amendment. Are we just supposed to trust the casino owners to pay out? What a joke.
