I can't even imagine the turmoil that Dave had to go through before deciding to eat that meat from Bruce's head. But I guess he had no option. Bruce put him in a spot. It was in front of camera , the audience were cheering and plus Bruce is a friend. Dave couldn't risk offending Bruce. So he was left with no option but to put that meat in his mouth.

Just looking at made me feel disgusted. I cannot even imagine how Dave felt.
