Particle detectors in HEP are asymmetric; they separate spins analogous to a diode; if there's an AC potential field and we only use or detect DC, we need a 'diode' for use it. Asymmetric magnets might allow 'DC' to be tapped from an undetectable 'AC' field.

The force from the moving particles in their own right have energy, but in the reference of the mechanical forces, the energy contained in the field lines is mechanically potential. Nobody with any sort of foundational physics understanding would consider making a 'motor' out of springs and expect it to run forever with no input. ive got a good idea to solve 2 problems at one, save energy and to help fat people loose weight, make giant hamster wheels that power a turbine, get the fat people to run on it, they loose weight over time and we get energy from it :D
The primary problem I see (electrodynamically) is that you're not accounting for the smaller attractive forces from the other magnets on the wheel. The whole system is going to be in balance still, meaning that eventually the friction from air and the bearing would slow it to a stop. Good in theory, but too narrowly sighted. Don't stop trying!

But the energy it takes to do it will come from the rotation energy.

Even in a vacuum, a rotating object will come to a halt eventually. Rotating implies longitudinal stresses which means non-zero heat, which means the rotating object will always be losing energy as blackbody radiation. So even in a "perfect context" there is no perpetual motion.

why not use a crank system that positoins the propelling magnet in the right place to push the wheel then make it move back to stop the interfearances? you could also spin the propelling magnet and block its unusful pole or reduce the number of magnets on the wheel?

This deflection, if it has a slight vector tangential to a shaft, will create a circular motion and turn the shaft. In other words, a magnetic motor. This is what a turbine is. It takes the linear energy from a flowing liquid and deflects it. This creates a tangential force on the impeller and turns a shaft. Same concept, different sea of particles.

you can test this phenomena by applying force to one arm with the other, while resisting motion with second arm, then very quickly reversing the force applied, your arm will not react fast enough to sudden change and will go flying in the direction you were resisting a force.

Even in a vacuum, a rotating object will come to a halt eventually. Rotating implies longitudinal stresses which means non-zero heat, which means the rotating object will always be losing energy as blackbody radiation. So even in a "perfect context" there is no perpetual motion.

This deflection, if it has a slight vector tangential to a shaft, will create a circular motion and turn the shaft. In other words, a magnetic motor. This is what a turbine is. It takes the linear energy from a flowing liquid and deflects it. This creates a tangential force on the impeller and turns a shaft. Same concept, different sea of particles.

@tampicokeed The art is to get people like him to admit anything at all. The funny thing is that even though their argument doesn't hold up at all, they get desperate and do anything they can possibly think of to keep pushing their (lost) argument. Straw man arguments, distortions, making more claims, lies, etc, it's all part of their tactics.
It's a reflection of how their mind works. They apply the same distortions to warp information to make it fit their skewed view of reality.

you can test this phenomena by applying force to one arm with the other, while resisting motion with second arm, then very quickly reversing the force applied, your arm will not react fast enough to sudden change and will go flying in the direction you were resisting a force.
