I don't agree. Not in relation to music at least. The brother was just voicing his opinion about IV and Burning Spear. He could have worded it better, yes, but regardless I think he has a relative point. I'm not that big of a fan of Burning Spear but as for IV.. Listening to the progression of their music throughout the years has been just that for me. Progression. I fail to see a descent.
