My son served with John Cosby so i feel for his family. Our lads do a great job but as usual we are fighting someone else' war. Both of my sons have served in Basra and i am so very proud of them and all the other soldiers who have served there and those who have lost their lives. This is a very touching video it needs to be seen by more so our lads get more appreciation

I have never met him myself, but I'm an Adult Instuctor with the Army Cadet Force and many of the kids there were friends with Adam when he was a member. I hear about what a great person he was from these kids, and because of his example many of them want to follow in his footsteps and join the army.
my grandma's father lost his life in WW1, her husband lost his leg in WW2 and i only ever heard her say one rude thing ever, she said 'you have to be mad to join the army'.
I was there last year, one of my mates is included in this tribute. Truth is, the only reason we are in Iraq and Afghanistan is because the pathetic British government is weak. We are fighting for our lives over there, not for the Iraqis. We give our lives so our friends can return home safely. Respect to every coalition soldier, whichever country you are from.

Very very heart rendering video. My partner is out there at the moment for the second time and i hope everyday until my head hits the pillow that he comes back safe to me. i cannot imagine what it is like for the people who get their loved ones back in a coffin! This is pointless slaughter.
