Ok, I never heard about that, but I still don't see what the big problem here was with shadow using guns. It's simply the fact that for the most part, if I like something from a game and is used in another, it makes said game even better, which is shadow in this case, ended up becoming what contra would've been like if it were a sonic game, and it worked to. If they ever made another shadow game, all it would need is an update of all features from the first, and more chaos based attacks.

The smart fans hate Shadow NOW because he was a nice rival in Sonic A2, and the whole point of having Shadow in that game is to make him die in the end because he fullfilled his real goal: Save the world.

Since Sonic Team reintroduced him in Sonic Heroes a lot of people hate him, and he started getting even more hate after Shadow the Hedgehog (HEDGEHOGZ ON MOTORCYCLEZ!!)

@Melkac Ok, I see what you mean now. Still, I don't see what was the big problem with shadow doing the things he did, just because people don't think it fits with sonic's universe. Think about that, who made this rule that a sonic character can't ride a motorcycle or use guns? It sounds like it's just something people had in in their mindset because it didn't happen before, and then when that mindset was challenged, said people had a fit about it.

Up until I actually got to know the fan base, I thought games were rated by them actually being good or bad, not what fits here, which character over shines the other, and physics being concerned more then having a new game at all. It's easy to generalize people as just haters, and only care if the game is made their way, but why with sonic games of all things?

Plot of Shadow Colors: Shadow sees the colorful world of Sonic Colors. He tries to escape, but he cant cause Omochao told him to save all the Wisps first. Shadow saves one Wisp, hears the sound it makes, thinks the Wisp is annoying, pulls out a gun and kills it. He still can't escape until he has saved all Wisps, so he saves and kills every single one of them. Eggman is happy. Shadow finds this annoying too, so he kills Eggman.

And that's why Shadow Colors will never be made...sadly T_T

Colours is the the spelling in the British dialect. This was obviously designed with a European box in mind. Hence the PEGI rating. Also, the original game was called "Sonic Colours" in some European markets.

@sonicbrother129 It was too slow. Colours was faster, but still not too good. Black Knight was more about the sword, but once you get the controls down, it's not THAT bad. Still, in my opinion, the daytime stages in Unleashed were the only good ones of the 4 modern sonic games. Generations looks really good so far.
