I like Nile and I like Karl Sanders but I don't see the point in capping my musical tastes with only heavy music or only with hip hop No doubt there are idiots that listen to hip hop but there are idiots who listen to metal and or whatever you want to try and classify Karl Sanders as. You have to like hip hop or any kind of music but don't just assume that what your exposed to is all there is; most genres of music are flooded with shit, you just gotta find the gems.

Nile is an amazing band. The music and lyrics are surpassed by no other. Karl and Dallas are finely tuned together like their guitars. Karl's first solo album was incredible and the latest is even better. His ability to write music for Nile is amazing and to turn around and write a song such as Pilimenary Purification is astounding! Name another band who can do what Karl does!

Ok aegisshroud. If youd listen to Nile and know their music, all of this is incorporated into the fast stuff. Their instrumentals. Distortion and speed of delivery is the difference i think. Its amazing music either way, whether its from Karl Sanders alone or Nile.
