  • After trying this program, I didn't really like it (yes I bought it). The diet plan was disappointing, they say you don't need to eat a lot, just the right healthy amount at the right time. I've tried that my whole life, but I didn't gain weight like this, only by increasing my calories (I recommend a gallon of whole milk a day with your food) did I go from 140 to 160. The workout routine is pretty good, although I didn't notice any particularly good results by following it.

  • Also, I was disappointed with the advice they claim to give about "slowing down your metabolism". They gave you one tip, and I was already doing that. The truth is, there is really no way to slow down your metabolism, only as you age IMO. To be fair, I didn't try ALL of the supplements that were recommended mostly because I don't think a few supplements would have made a ground breaking difference (they never have). I just take my protein.

  • Now i'm not saying this program is a complete bust. They do offer some good advice, and the author truly does know about hardgainers. I just disagree mainly with the diet plan and somewhat disagree with the workout routine. Overall it was a good read, I just chose not to follow this routine, others may have more success than me.

  • I read through this program and it is pretty interesting. I would recommend it, but I haven't tried the routines out myself yet to see if it works.

  • Has anyone actually tried this? I'd like to read some non-biased reviews before buying

  • This looks like it gets quick results. I definitely want to check this out.

  • I've had a hard time getting the gains I have wanted. This product looks like it will give me that boost I am looking for so I can pack on lots of lean muscle.

  • My boyfriend have to try it. I like muscle men L)

  • Right up my alley, I can't wait to give this a try and put on another 50lbs or so....Muscle that is :)
