Shaman with watershield, totemic recall and the blood elf mount, it shouldn't be any doubt.

Classic is the only wow era the gme was truly good though, ever since TBC there's nothing new to explore, you know everything the first week or two if you're slow - No hidden bonuses anywhere, no tricks "of the trade" (of WoW) to get that extra little juice in encounters etc.

Who can recall felwood flowers, blasted lands buffs, BRS fire resist, etc etc.

this is awesome. Vanilla was epic, considering it as a game in itself, there will be no other game like it. But to me, BC was WoWs absolute high point. Season 3 was the best time PvP has ever seen, and Sunwell was a gaming masterpiece.
