I use to explore the FEMA train cars back in the 1970's..it was pretty cool...this was by the flood control in Long Beach, California...I remember seeing the chains and what not, the thought of them used to secure cars never entered my mind..I disticly remember thinking to myself " These chains must be used for FEMA prisoners being transported to FEMA camps " but that was back when I was like 12 years old.

I dont think they are transporting car some car companys like chrysler are going bankrupted.Plus the econommy is geting worst and worst alot alot alot alot alot of fore closures.
They sometimes move cars that are owned by people like you and me. When people travel the country on amtrak they sometimes want there car when they get to their destination!
I do my fair share of investigation. Some things turn up questionable and some just plain "why did u even bother filming?"..One thing is humorous through all the madness though. Everything is labled "FEMA"!! So im gonna join the club and go feed my dog with some FEMA bits, crack open a cold FEMA Lite, go to my sons game tonite at FEMA Field and stop by McFEMA's for a burger on the way home.
