I think the difference in feeling come sin the setting. Like the difference between FanKan and actual Musical. Here, Marina doesn't need to have a convincing attitude like she's scared of a dream she just had, it's FanKan. Where Miyuki is prancing around in her PJs after jumping out of bed, trying to convince an audience, you know?
The lyrics of the song should be enough for her to sing with more emotion. She does need to be convincing or there's no point in singing a song with these lyrics.
When heard together it shows Marina's singing with emotion it's just not as emotional as Miyuki or maybe it has to do with the difference in pitch of their voices. It bugs me to hear them sing An Evil Dream separately now I think they sound better when mixed together.
I definitely like Miyuki's version better - its one of my favorite seramyu songs. <3 Marina's version just isn't... its not quite there for me. : \

This is very Marina-y. It's different from Miyuki, but I still think it's good. I like.

I like both but Miyuki had more feeling for it. But both are good.

Yeah. I wish Marina had gotten a musical version of this. Would be nice to see if she could pull off the mood as well as she does the vocals.

in my opinion that's wrong.
