ok the magna carta charter , gives us rights ,like our guilt to be proved [the rights to have the case proved before a jury of peers[forbidding self pleading guilt ,to have not conviction by thy own confession ,and much more are based in this important document, it would have been a kindness of service to point out those few things, magna charter underpins most western law[though the courts have subverted it by thier acts it still holds true before god and king and peon [free man]
