somtimes indians can be useful if you send out your cart guy you can buy stuff from them like tobacca and spices and you can only have two resources two gold or two iron or one of each.sorry if im being bossy.

Lol. Sry couldn't help it but the main crops in the game is Sugarcane, Tobacco, Cotton, Vines, Spices, and Cocoa.

@AsianRidaz U need raw iron to make tools. U get them from the ore smelter which take the iron ore from the mine and makes it into actual iron which is used to make weapons and tools.

Well, the computer is stupid, we can both agree to this fact. Done properly however, the 3x3 grid is extremely efficient *TIME WISE* because it allows one to not have to get exceedingly creative to get everything to work. In this regard, it is is very fast. As well, as long as you have a fire brigade and a doctor (And the sooner you can get to stone houses the better) the 3x3 grid method produces very little risk. I was sort of joking earlier, but I'm also kind of serious.

Not to be critical but.... Is this how you always play? Very tactically inferior to to the computers 9x9 grids :p.

Well, actually, I never ever make 3x3 grids. I've seen the computer's town burn down because they couldn't reach the center house. then it spread to the other 8, and then it was more than the fire dept could handle. I build in 2*N rows, with paths so that fire, or the black plague doesn't start in the middle.
