I've found that it's challenging to withdraw all the liquid out with the 1.5-inch needle. If you're having this problem and if you're also using Bravelle or Menopur, withdraw the Cetrotide mixture with a Q-Cap attached to a Bravelle/Menopur syringe and attach one of those needles and inject it that way.
