Dont skim, I want you to actually think about this. Before the water goes through the electrolysis its H20(1 hydrogen atom) & 2 (oxygen). The electric charge splits the H20 into HH0,(2 hydrogen atoms) & 1 (oxygen).

I want to make it very clear that when the hydrogen goes into the combustion chamber

IT IS NOT H20!!!

Therefore What is coming out of the tail pipe?

H20 never entered combustion so how can it exit?
