sorry i was running 10.8 100m in 5th grade. but i've always been fast. thats a dang good mile time though, impressive. i'm all sprint and no stamina. ( just like in bed, lol)
@taskmaster96 - Did you see the part where I ran suicides in the gym? I'm faster than I am strong, I ran track & field in college. I ran a 10.8 100m dash, and a 4:52 mile. I know all about speed.
I liked the music, but you could do with out the shocked people clips, and add some more variety. Also you are over the 5 minute limit, i don't know if you need to fix that. The age, weight, body fat stats was an awesome idea. Keep up the hard work!
