Well I'm from Quebec, as I said in some other comments, and I can tell you, except my english teacher who lived here during so many years, your the best "english person who tries to speak french" I heared. You still have an accent, but you are trying to pronounce correctly and you're very good. You can almost pronounce the "r" like I do :P

3rd - curl your tongue backwards (you can help yourself with fingers)

4 - close your mouth and blow
