  • For 蔥汁 I think you have to use a juice machine or buy them in supermarket, if they sell it. I have never had deep fried 蔥油餅. It looks delicious nevertheless (aside the calories).

  • 蔥汁 is very easy to make. All you have to do is put green onion and water into a blender. Put some salt and sugar along with it.
