don't think I like this version. Prefer the ones with real scallions and not deep fried by pan friend.

Don't like the MSG part too. I think this is the worst version I've seen. I never had this version in HK (or Canton either

For 蔥汁 I think you have to use a juice machine or buy them in supermarket, if they sell it. I have never had deep fried 蔥油餅. It looks delicious nevertheless (aside the calories).

蔥汁 is very easy to make. All you have to do is put green onion and water into a blender. Put some salt and sugar along with it.
