The eureka moment for me was when I saw you only "painting" the little swarms for half a second before letting go and starting to paint again. I'd been painting a load of targets at once and I think most of them had gone out of range by the time I released the trigger. That was all I needed for 1000G!

@moonkill3: Check the number of total kills you have at the start of the sequence and add 160 to find the number you need to finish with for the achievement/trophy. On 360 you find this by pressing the back button and going to the third pane (probably Select on PS3).

Just wanted to send a thanks to the uploader. I was struggling with this last achievement and after watching the vid I got it on the first try. Set your Sensitivity high(I chose 70%), use rapid fire a lot and definitely only hold RT for 2 seconds at the most, get rid of those rockets ASAP!

I made it! 163 kills even before i entered the tunnel that leads to the cathedral. It was just a routine run to make sure, where which enemy spawn and when it blinked i was just like WTF?! O_O

great video.. this helped me tremendously.. oh and by the way for those still trying to get this one, the sequence can be divided into two parts.. at around 3:14 of the video, you can see that it is autosaving.. just build up as many kills as you can before that point (around 80-90 i guess) then do the second part.. if you don't get it, just reload the autosave file to load the 2nd part instead of starting from the beginning..

fuck this achievement, my hands are sore.

I found it best to use homing charge attacks with bigger foes and just to spam both homing charges and fast attacks against the little fliers inside the caves

the only thing i can think that differs between your run and mine is i hold the charge a little bit longer, i guess i gotta start releasing quicker if i want those last 20 kills.. this is gonna make me go psycho by the end of the night xD

Just did it on apocalyptic, easiest method seems to be to hold in the charge, you just gotta get used to releasing and charging on large swarms. Even if they are off screen you can get em.

I found that Crossroads was the best place to get Improvised kills, it takes a while. Make sure you're not just picking up objects and throwing them at something, you can press the attack button to swing it, and this helps to conserve objects (because once they're destroyed they don't respawn, ever) you can use parking meters to take out the little zombies, for the bigger enemies, weaken them so that they takedown action appears above their head. Then hit them with something bigger, like a car.

Hey cool, a video with a bit more info for this achievement/trophy. Just curious... do you happen to know how many kills you get for shooting the diesel trucks? I got frustrated trying for it so I will get back to it later.

It depends on which trucks. You can try and guess by how many souls you get afterwards, but all i can really figure is it seems almost impossible to get without shooting the trucks.

I think you only get 1 from the first truck and 2-3 from the second truck. Not 100% sure though.
