  • I love this show!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • What type of camera was this filmed with?

  • great show. very cheesy, but still really enjoyable

  • awww da babyyy

  • i went yesterday howcome shamoo was not let out

  • i would be scaredd :(

  • I wanna go there this year, how much the ticket to into?? anybody know?

  • @CHRISTIANSTH 83$

  • I bet those whales get tired of doing the same stuff over and over. They need days off, too!

  • Omg i am cryng right now The nature is so beatiful ..... the worst thing is that i havent go to SeaWorld , that is gonna be my next trip

  • biggest respect for the trainers and Dawn

  • I was there!

  • Captivity is wrong - these animals should not be in a tank, 4 orcas have died in the last 4 months in seaworld. The reason being living a highly stressful life in a bath tub, having an artificial diet and living in chemically treated water in an environment that puts tremendous stress on their bodies so much no orca in captivity has lived the age of 30, in the wild they live to be 60-80 years old the same as a human.

THis is wrong and its time people take note and help.

  • @missemiliou Erm so Corky (44 years old) and Lolita (44 years) don't count? Kasatka (33 years), Katina (34 years), Ulises (33 years), Kiska (34 years old), do they not count either? In fact if you judge by ages Wild Orca's appear to be dying in the wild at the moment, Captive Orca's are living at right about the right kinds of ages. If you'd like I can message you a list of Wild Orca death ages?

  • @IAmADalek exactly very few live past 40- which is incomparable to those in the wild, plus lolita lives such a sad life im sure if she could speak she would rather be dead. And 30's is not an age at all for an orca at all. Wild orcas are not dying in the wild any more so than usual. 4 orcas in 4 months dead in captivity- explain that to be fair. I don't understand how you can support such a cruel existence

  • @missemiliou Seriously, Lolita isn't living a sad life, yes her conditions are poor BUT if she didn't want to be there she'd be dead already. They aren't stupid animals and they know exactly what they can do. So two years ago we didn't lose 7 Orcas from calves to 20 odd aged females. 3 Orcas (and one unborn likely stillborn Calf) died in the last 4 months for unkown reasons (as of yet). 30-50 years old is a more accurate average for wild Orca's.

  • @IAmADalek Look i work in marine mammal conservation, and i fight every day against captivity - i know my facts. Just looking at your comments its warped and clear to see you delete all the comments you don't support, which is exactly how sea world works. Lolita is living a cruel life - 40 years in a tiny tub- how can you not want to protest against that? If they die in the wild that is the cycle of nature and natural causes- in a tank its the humans fault. They are not meant to be in a tank

  • @missemiliou ya but... seaquarium is not seaworld... and the idea of marine parks is in comparision brandnew... so suddenly is seaworld exemplary... ANd if u compare seaworld now with that past u can see that the pool in seaworld grow all 20 years a little bigger thats the time they need til they have enough money

  • @IAmADalek you are mentioning 6 out of how many? About 200 orcas! Most of the orcas don't survive past 8 years... only a few :( In the wild a few dies at young age, out of 100 000 orcas. The procent in captivity is high. And if I may put in my own feeling and not only facts, it is sad. Very sad.

  • It is too bad that, That whale killed that girl. :'( may she rest in piece. However i do believe that it was not the animals fault. They said that was the 3 person he killed and i think he was sending a no more shows message so i dont believe he is all at fault but may she rest in piece <3

  • those female trainers are sexy, RIP Dawn

  • SeaWorld is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen :)

  • @magisystem1 try going on a boat - visit vancouver see them in the wild i can almost bet my life you would change your mind. Sea world is no how beautiful, its a fake plastic world

  • Why have they put screens over the slideover and gates?

  • @callumtabs i was wondering the same thing? maybe for privacy?

  • @dp5292 They might have put them over because at the time Taima and Katina were pregnant ! They might have put them up there as well coz they were cleaning one of the pools behind the show pool!

  • @callumtabs They were repainting one of the back pools.

  • at seaworld they love their animals, they will never survive in freedom caus they have never lived that way.

i was there on march 19 and did not see the trainers swim with shamu i think its realy bad what happend and i can believe that the trainers find it hard to do that again so shortly after what happend.

but this was beautifull movie, now i did see the trainers SWIM WITH the killer walles.

  • i'm going there on may 14 2010

  • how sweet!! so amazing what they all can do!

  • You can stop giving the "dog example".

Tilikum isn't a dog, and Seaworld earns a lot of money out of the orcas, so they'll never put them down.

  • leave tha whales in teh sea

  • i agree that nobody had to go and train them but these animals do not know better they are born in seaworld.

they are taken care off if you free them, than you are a animal hater caus they animals will not survive.

  • @carina1986 the point is: WHY THE FUCK THEY BORN IN THE DANM SEAWORLD, THEU MUST BORN IN THE SEA DANM!

  • @ButlerSONG well one time they saved mabey a couple from death i don't know somebody did create this show's. and yeah that was bad that day but you can't change it now you only can say don't take other orca's out of the wild.

and to give them now al they need like food and space and stuff you have to visit the shows other wise they cant pay it. have a heart these animals do have it too, now its up to you

  • R.I.P Dawn I saw you 2 years ago, and im deeply sad that you are gone

  • Anyone who would want an animal tortured for being being taken by humans made to do tricks and then accedently kill one , which by the way Orcas are wild animals that predate humans, is ignorant and cruel. Let alone an evil person. BTW Know your facts about the previouse death around Tilly befor you asume that this orcas is a mass murder (human term).

  • When does this re open?

    Oh and R.I.P Dawn

  • It's reopen now. Check our other videos.

  • If you take a wild animal into captivity, there will always be a bit of wild left in them. Tilly's instinct probably sensed that she was sick (cold, headache, whatever) and thought she was food. If they put Tilly down, that wouldn't help the fact that they are always going to act like this. Freeing them wouldn't benefit them much because they now rely on the trainers feeding them, instead of hunting for their own food.

  • man this brings memories :')

  • i love this show :') so moving

    X

  • I was at Florida last year. Man it was fun!

  • and they also take in animals that were found hurt or beached so its not like they take some random animal that they found in the ocean

they just dont take an animal from its wild habitat like i said above they take anmals that are hurt or beached and like the person beow me is saying once these animals are trained they cant go back into the wild and the trainer wasnt even suppossed to be in the tank but she fell in so this is a freak accident

  • @LG4EVR1808 I agree with what your saying, but most of the whales were born in captivity.

  • @LG4EVR1808 That's true for their rescued animals, but their orcas were captured deliberately when they were completely healthy.

  • @PacificOrcas exactly plus the fact of ther ones who died during the capture... they fucked up a life and an entire family

  • Free Tilly! No but really they cant punish an orca like a human they need to put tilly back in with the others whales and just not use him for the shows.

  • actually i think tilikum should be put down...ok first of all if you take in a wild animal and care for it it still isn't exactly legal in some places. second when a dog or any other pet you have kills some one they always get put down, if dogs have to die when they kill once, tilikum should be tortured to death because they let that thing off with 2 kills and the third time and yet people want to protect it for the show... if dogs die, tilikum dies. its not fair.

  • there is a billion dogs. there aren't THAT many whales

  • ignorant SOB if my dog was protecting my house from an intruder (my doberman) and killed the intruder in the process, do you know how hard it is to fight for its life in court? and if it wasn't justified they'd put it down the next day! and that happens to dog owners all the time! so why cant this freakin whale die and dogs dont? i'll tell you why because all you people support it weather or not it killed someone, justified or not, just like the dog owners. if dog die whale die.

  • @pjwithbread8 It's a "KILLER" whale not a dog.

  • @pjwithbread8 Well its legal in America. ORCAS are not domesticated DOGS. They have been around longer than humans. The first time someone died around Tilly was an accident because the whale thought it was a toy friend the color of the mans clothing. Second that dumb ass guy snuck into the whale enclousure after the park closed and died of hypothermia not because of the whale. Non of the whales were acting normal that day and it was stupid to let the show go on that day.

  • you failed to mention my point. its the same with every animal actually i just used dog as an example. but lets say if a monkey killed a person the monkey dies. in spain if a bull kills the torero they even kill the mother! its just how everything is done with animals. if my doberman ever kills someone and its justified like he was an intruder, its very hard to win the battle. so if "tilly" murdered that girl she lives, if a doberman kills the girl it dies. REAL FAIR HUH!?

  • pobre entrenadora!! =(

    era tan radiantee.

    lamentamos esa gran tragedia.

  • to be honest with you an animal like this does not belong in captivity. it needs to swim in the oceans and be free of this torment.

  • i absolutely agree! accept i wouldn't call it torment.

  • they treat these animals with the utmosr respect and after the shows they have a huge tank where they keep animals where the animals are ree to swim about as they like

i know this because i have talked to several trainers abut this

  • i agree they do look after the whales but really no amount of tank space can replicate how and far they swim in the wild

  • @LG4EVR1808 a huge tank. they have a 1/10,000th of 1% of the space to swim that they would in the wild.

  • Thats true, i agree with you but unfortunately he has to live out the rest of his life here.

Given that he was take from the wild at 2 months, he can't survive in the wild on his own at this point.
