if you want transparent go to dile on bannedstory and click save image. choose ur save file and save it

To make it transparent, when you save it, leave it on transparent and on PNG. Don't click anything like Black/White Background. And BannedStory can also crop images.

When i insert the backround and character on neopaint, it sorta loses its quality. Does anyone know how to get rid of that or a program that won't do that?

Use Paint Net, its 100% free, its better than neo paint and keeps the same quality of images. So it wont blur out.

why dont u just make it into a movie clip put it all together. and if u wana make it walk just put in a a clip and motion tween and u can just paste the print screen directly to flash CTRL + b and just cut it use the magic wand and there u go is much easyer and faster
