How did that milk jug ring get around his neck anyway?

I would have been freaking out! If it was Daisy or Clover, I'd probably catch them in a towel so I could get it off right away.
I have long hair and occasionally they get it wrapped around their feet. It's not funny trying to get that off with birds that don't like hands.

The milk jug ring was on the floor and he picked it up and got up on his cage. He was biting it and it flipped over his head and around his neck. Don't worry...No more rings on our floor...:)
