This promo showed the main difference between these two, at least at this time period. Steiner showed he can ramble and make fat jokes and act like he's just oh so badass, but lets face it, NOBODY belives it, the truth is without his "Largest Arms in the World" AKA Steriods and Roid Rage, he wouldnt be anything more then a little bitch. Joe however? Sure he's out of shape, sure he's not a rage induced freak. But after hearing his promo? You belive that he is a fucking BADASS.

As for WCW, Scotty was clearly on roids, which is way he had such a temper, yes hes tough, but thats about 40 percent real toughness, and 60 percent steriods and his own worthless ego.
