  • Look at Barack Obama, born in the USA to British father and American mother, should he be a US President? Nope! Read the 1948 British Nationality Act and the 1952 USA/British Treaty, and learn how Obama was born a dual citizen, not a natural born US citizen. Technically, he is constitutionally ineligible, but now a de facto president.

  • @borderraven That would only hold true if Obama was born in England. He'd hold on to his American citizenship and be deemed a duel citizen. But the fact that he was born in America nullifies a negative duel citizenship claim. He's considered a natural born American first, and as a natural born American he can run for president, which he obviously did. There's no legitimate way to deny his citizenship and correctly claim his presidency is illegal. Until there's proof its a no win argument.

  • @raventakayama, Obama is a native born US citizen, eligible to be a US Senator, but not a natural born US citizen. He fails to reach POTUS eligibility. The cases are in the courts.
