omg dude this vid isnt finished yet but this is some great underwater footage. i've seen your other vids. how long have u been working with snappers like this?
yeah that was back when my camera didnt have very much space so i was limited haha. but thank you, i have alot of respect for national geographic filmers, thats hard keeping it stedy while swimming lol
Hey guys I live in the UK and many moons ago I spent a summer in NY and Boston, I went fishing up in Boston and I saw loads of turtles on the banks of a small lake. Great to see as we don't get them in the uk, I think a few people have released their pets in a couple of lakes over here but thats about it, not native.
your awesome! I want to find turtles and make videos of them. I've see a turtle along a road near a pond once with my friend and looked hurt so we made sure no one would hit him/her im not sure what kind it was but it looked like a snapper and im in NY btw any clue?
You are a professional turtle hunter in my book!Too bad I NEVER see one anymore! Is Colorado a "LOST CAUSE?" Snappers and softshells are THE coolest turtles.
lol thanks but im really still an amature. depnds on where in colorado youre looking, ive heard that theres a good deal of prarie rattlesnakes and such but as far as aquatic turtles im really not too sure
well the best place i can say to go is huzzah valley in steeleville, its loaded. stinkies can usually be found right up on the bank under and in deep vegetation. i can usually find maps around or under root wads. i live in st. charles by the way , and yes it does suck herping around here, damn suburban sprawl..
sounded like you were drowning
