im 18 and i have been i the system for a year and a half... i have 3 younger siblings... the stress that dcfs put us though caused my mom to commit suicide all because my little sister was outside (in our lawn) unclothed for less than a minute... i was just in jail fo 48 days because of an indirect violation of a court order that dcfs went to court for behind my back plus a month of house arrest... Pediatricians preach no spanking, and all a kid has to do is go to a teacher and say he got spanked, and eyebrows are raised, a call is made, and DHS pays a visit. I had a babysitter who was upset I fired her, so she retaliated and called child protection hotline making up a story I had left my kid alone for an hour, which was a total lie. Parents have lost control over their kids, and good families are being destroyed.

There is a NUMBER of cases here in Ontario Canada.They use the same tactics here also. I have witnessed them apprehend a child based on false allegations alone and when they don't get their way in court if the judge yells at them in the court room when they can't back up their reason why they apprehended, they get vindictive and apprehend again just to tell you and the courts that they can do whatever they want.I have heard a worker in particular state(on tape)that "the judge has no authority!"

I'm personally not into sports but yes, in the light of the name being deragatory - I think its wrong that is what they are called. I also learned the facts that I have from both being in school and from general life experience. No one ever forced this opinion on me, I came to the conclusion (at least) regarding Obama, Democrats, Republicans, and conservatives on my own. This is a losing battle. I've been there, reported literal kidnapping and other abuse to everyone possible and it is ignored. I can actually prove that a 12 year old child was kidnapped in Brainerd MN in 1989 and placed in a juvenile correctional facility. When his mother reported him missing two days later Social Services filed a CHIPS petition to take custody of him stating he was a runaway and a truent. It's hard to go home or go to school when you're being held against your will.

In the Netherlands childprotection has been totally privatized. im 18 and i have been i the system for a year and a half... i have 3 younger siblings... the stress that dcfs put us though caused my mom to commit suicide all because my little sister was outside (in our lawn) unclothed for less than a minute... i was just in jail fo 48 days because of an indirect violation of a court order that dcfs went to court for behind my back plus a month of house arrest... I am in Cincinnati ohio and bad cps workers are doing the same thing here too. Taking kids on the strenth of lies, manufacturing lies setting up mothers, writing false reports, getting corrupt lawyers and corrupt court clinic forensic directors to participate in this child stealing money making process. Bad cps workers play on the judges knowing that they are counting on the caseworkers to be honest, so they take their manufactured lying misleading reports to the judges and I have proof.

I concluded that first relation between a man and woman permanently alters part of their Genetic Code. Thus, subsequent relation outside the first creates addiction. My one advice if anyone would think they can change this disease that attacked the family is never ever date or have relation with a divorced, married or a parent. she didn't say why the kids were taken away....physical or sexual abuse? neglect? parenting capacity, due to mental health? are the parents exposing the children to harmful individules or situations? they don't just take kids for no reason, and no one likes all the work that goes along with apprehensions. If people would care for thier children safely and appropriately, then they wouldn't be taken away.

My innocent family is now facing harassment by CPS because of my rebellious stepdaughter's lying, and I constantly fear that I will lose my sons (I am hoping the Judge will not be that unjust). My sons' teachers have high regard for them, and they wrote affidavits of characters, attesting that what they are now is a product of upbringing by a supportive family and environment

It's hard to believe that some CPS worker will take someone's kids, when it's been proven that there's obviously NO abuse...but it happens everyday. You think MOST removals are justified....until it happens to you & your kids.

False accusations, maybe? Mistaking symptoms of chronic illness for abuse? Kids not wearing a bike helmet? Mom received psychiatric treatment ten years before she was pregnant with her first child? Parent accidentally giving a child alcohol? Family living in housing that isn't up to current building codes? I could go on. All of these actually happened. Pediatricians preach no spanking, and all a kid has to do is go to a teacher and say he got spanked, and eyebrows are raised, a call is made, and DHS pays a visit. I had a babysitter who was upset I fired her, so she retaliated and called child protection hotline making up a story I had left my kid alone for an hour, which was a total lie. Parents have lost control over their kids, and good families are being destroyed.

DONT REGISTER YOUR CHILD's CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH and in return get a BIRTH CERTIFICATE. You just gave GOVERNMENT the right to take your kid!. LOOK IT UP! Sovereign Civilians Unite! You can use the certificate of birth to get a passport ect. Tell the hospital that you will be doing your OWN paperwork and you need the CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH.

I received my approval for retirement and no longer wear a badge or carry a firearm. I am so thrilled that after 20 years of Federal Police service I can say it how it is. I ALWAYS TREATED EVERYONE THE WAY I EXPECTED TO BE TREATED. However, there are many agencies (too many agencies like CPS) that thrive on control and authority. They cancelled our visits last month for two weeks when we got to visit her again she didnt remeber us and then when she finally did it was time for her to go back and she started to cry with tears and everything and was screaming she didnt want to leave us she was scared shed never see us again I think. There is a NUMBER of cases here in Ontario Canada.They use the same tactics here also. I have witnessed them apprehend a child based on false allegations alone and when they don't get their way in court if the judge yells at them in the court room when they can't back up their reason why they apprehended, they get vindictive and apprehend again just to tell you and the courts that they can do whatever they want.I have heard a worker in particular state(on tape)that "the judge has no authority!"

The school principal makes sure the gossip starts and makes sure you know you are being talked about. Then they follow you and let you know you are being watched.
How many times after something bad happens do you you hear "we were watching this person" or "there's nothing we can do." Chances are that the reason some accident happened is because the person was being harassed. We do live in a police state, but nurses, teachers and social workers who care get shafted. We're told we aren't 'efficient' enough or are "too involved" with kids and their families. The more we care the worse we're treated. The principal where I worked is corrupt. His own wife filed abuse charges against him! He wouldn't fire male teachers who viewed porn in class or sexually harassed female students but fired teachers and nurses who reported abuse. He's still there.

We decided to homeschool our children at one point, then the Office of Children's Services came and demanded our children return to school, we refused, she called the Alaska State Troopers, who refused to respond, then, they followed up with a raid on our house, using false pretenses. They charged us, then they "disenfranchised us as "indian Custodians", now, they are attempting to adopt our grandson to strangers. How can they charge us without a trial? No trial!

I'm personally not into sports but yes, in the light of the name being deragatory - I think its wrong that is what they are called. I also learned the facts that I have from both being in school and from general life experience. No one ever forced this opinion on me, I came to the conclusion (at least) regarding Obama, Democrats, Republicans, and conservatives on my own. I think both sides are equally guilty of terrible sayings against either candidate or supporter. (And both are wrong)

And by that, I mean all the death threats and calling them "white", "black", etc. However, there is a difference between that and legitimately calling on the integrity of a candidate. Just as Martin Luther King Jr had said we were to judge people on their character and integrity. That is how I, at least, judge Obama, McCain, etc. And when one of those candidates (or all) have done something that needs to be called on - you bet that it deserves to be. Just as McCain and Bush were, so will Obama.

This is a losing battle. I've been there, reported literal kidnapping and other abuse to everyone possible and it is ignored. I can actually prove that a 12 year old child was kidnapped in Brainerd MN in 1989 and placed in a juvenile correctional facility. When his mother reported him missing two days later Social Services filed a CHIPS petition to take custody of him stating he was a runaway and a truent. It's hard to go home or go to school when you're being held against your will.

I've been looking to see what, if anything, can or is being done over the last few weeks. It looks like some people are resorting to RICO lawsuits, and from what I'm seeing it looks promising.
The other thing to consider is to file a complaint against the social workers license. The key is not to file before you have clear evidence of a violation of their license, such as neglect. I don't think they can continue working for DCF without a license.

Jails are used to keep innocent children even 7 year olds. They can only go outside for 2 hours/day. They never leave the jail until they are 21.
