As much as I loved it and wanted it back, I think if they did another season, they would loose a lot of ratings. People watched because they knew what the dinosaurs that were in it were. Not many other dinosaurs other than ones on the show, are widely known, so the only people watching it would be really smart people.

No, you're not. Spinosaurus and T-rex lived on different continents millions of years apart. Spinosaurus wasn't really that mch bigger other than it's alleged length of 60 feet. Spinos teeth were hollow and weren't sereted like other carnivore teeth. Hardly useful for killing large prey. A t-rex tooth may be blunt, but it didn't really need sharp teeth since the general shape of it's teeth combined with the near-10 ton bite force was enough power to kill something.
