Oh good. I had seen an article on these implants and just youtubed it to see what would come up. Both your children speak excellent, and I would never know that they were deaf. I am glad this technology is available and that it is improving lives. Take care and I'm glad he has two now.

he had bilateral ci surgery yesterday...so he'll have two instead of one now.

Does that mean he will never be able to have another CI? How does he feel about not having it?

he had an infection that got worse instead of better. He was in and out of the hospital, it finally reached his ci and had to have it removed.
