I'm not sure what the purpose of this video was except to show how much clutter your house has. It looks to me like if you remove the wallpaper, repaint, de-clutter and get organized, you could have a fairly nice home. Your home is definitely lacking personality and style but looks like it has great potential. I think you should hire a professional.
It'll take time to re-arrange eveything, but it'll be worth it in the end. The new area for your office, by your bedroom, will be so cool! I like that space. You can hide yourself away there on YT on nights when hubby's snoring and you can't get to sleep!
I think wallpaper is so unnecessary nowadays. It was okay in the olden days when walls were made of different stuff and had lumpy bumps in them, but these days a nice painted wall looks much more easy on the eyes.
