Those two tiny islets apparently represent Korean nationalism because it symbolizes something that Korea fucked Japan over for the first time in their miserable history. That's why Koreans are so eager brainwashing their own kids to justify their illegal invasion of Takeshima in 1953 and spreading propaganda across the world (e.g. broadcasting Dokdo 30sec ads in NY Times Square twice in an hour).

By the way Korea is doing pretty well, 12th in the world for PPP, 7th largest exporter. Obviously not as big as Japan but our status in the world is rising each year, unlike Japan who's been largely stagnant since the mid 1990's. Japan is getting anxious, having lost shipmaking to Korea, then consumer electronics, now Hyundai/Kia outselling Toyota in US. Japan are getting nervous.
@WC2002Truth Wrong answer. Unlike Korea, Japan don't teach Takeshima dispute throughout their childhood nor create proppaganda songs. Only Japanese who are arguing against Korean propagandas are those who realized how Japan is surrounded by shameful countries, hence, we are totally outnumbered since most of Japanese unfortunately care less about international affairs.
You can self-evaluate as much as you want for Korean industries which are based on stolen technology from Japan. We don't care.
