  • Hi Perry. I know I keep asking you questions about supplements but I have one more for you. When you are doing Chalean Extreme, which multivitamin do you use? Thanks for your help!

  • Have you tried the performance formula? If so, what do you think about it?

  • I have. For me personally, I take the Peak Health Formula and just started the amazing Shakeology as well as a few others. The PF has been great for many people I hear! I took it way back when and seemed to work OK.

  • Perry,

Is it necessary to take the Omega 3s and Calcium Magnesium if you are taking the P90X Peak Performance vitamin? I would think the Peak Performance formula would cover everything.

  • Are you not worried that all that processed unnatural supplementation could have severe consequences in the future. I would worry for my health taking so much processed nutrition into my body. I would also worry I was just lining somebody's pockets. While they over charged me for tubs of milk powder.

This is not an attack. I am just against heavy supplement use. I think people should only take a few expensive high quality supplements. I would be interested in your opinion. Thanks

  • Thanks! Great points. That why most of my supps are thru Beachbody and all their rigorous testing and high quality. Plus 25% off helps off set my costs. True, there are many things out there we don't know what the quality is.

  • Hello Mr Tinsley I wanted to ask a simple question. I've been doing p90x for a month and I've never had anything beat me up as much as this program. I eat the p90x bars once a day for my mid morning snack and instead of having turkey jurkey for a second snack could I eat another p90x bar and still get the same results?

  • LOL! Yeah, this program can sure beat you up! Not sure what your calorie needs are, but if the protein/carbs can be met with an extra protein bar or just half a bar, go for it. You should be fine, I would think.

  • geeez whats the monthly cost on all of that?? I swear it must equal what I pay in rent every month! I counted 18 different supps you take every day!! I think I'd pass out just trying to swallow all of them.

  • LOL!! Yeah, there are a lot, but really only about $110 a month. It does take a few swallows to pound em down tho! I used to take lots more... well over $250 a month, but now I think I have a perfect blend and feel GREAT!! Thanks for the laugh!!

  • I divy also.

  • Lovin' the cows, dude

  • AH... the details some people look for! :) Cows and dogs on wallpaper borders!! Gotta have a theme! Couln't find any P90X border.

  • yeah wouldn't that be great

  • Dude - you are so freakin' organized! I should take a lesson...my stuff is all over the house.

  • C'mon Keith! One pouch for X, one HUGE GULP for Xkind.

  • Thanks, Perry, for this video. I'm always interested to see what supplements people are taking. I take many of those same supps. When you count em up, it adds up to be quite a bit, for sure[esp. for somebody who is not very good at taking horse pills!:)]. Do you take all the supps. at once or divy em up throughout the day? Also, great idea to put all of your supps. for the day in a plastic baggy.

  • I NEVER forget my supps. I take most right away in the morning and then go workout. Then the core pack (Omega, Calcium, Peak Health) with breakfast to let the food help process. Then a small pack at lunch. I use one of those pill divider containers in my lunch bag to keep those organized.

  • Great idea Perry! I use zip lock bags myself for my turkey and chicken and I divy those up!
