  • What about Sheriff company? I heard that Sheriff C.I. (owned by I.Smirnov's son) rule almost 90% of food sale, and absolutly dominated in electrotechnics, is that right? Other european company (tesco, kaufland etc.) are not interested in penetrating the local market and political situation that does not want. Sheriff company will have totaly monopoly post over a not soo long period.

  • LOL FUCKYOU RUSSIAN IDIOTAS

  • Yes, Transnistria is a dream state. Best cognak, perhaps, but I also have a bag of Transnistrian tea smuggled to Western Europe. And, last but not least, Transnistria has long been conducted by its beloved leader, whose very name is a winning program: President Igor Smirnoff !

  • i was there before the conflict...it was a nice place

I Have been livin in Tiraspol for 2 years and every 1.5 months I do it ..... believe , it is not a problem and is not so hard if you look simple at simple things.

  • @AngFangIndustries its allowed to stay one night thats right, but, if you want to stay there longer, you have to log into the central

  • Transnistria is North Corea Nr 2

  • @DeVoTaTa

    Truth

  • @DeVoTaTa you know absolutely nothing about North Korea and Transnistria, but you say this, Transnistria has nothing same with North Korea. Now Transnistria is like Ukraine with Yanukovich. I live in Ukraine, I was in Transnistria, I know what I say

  • Just curious, why are you as an Australian so curious about Transnistria ?

  • @Nebelwerfer89 I am interested in micronations or unrecognised states, as well as soviet culture. Transnistria is a good example of both.

  • @AngFangIndustries Do you speak romanian? it's awfully hard for foreigners to learn romanian, so, if you do speak romanian, you have my respect.

  • @feldmareschall I was in Romania for a few weeks beforehand and picked a bit then. I couldn't speak well, but enough to get by.

  • @AngFangIndustries Pls be kind enought and tell me about what "struggle for independence" are u talkning about!Cause as far as I know this state it is not recognized by anyone for a reason: they broke apart from Moldavia ilegally, using lies, force and violence, moreover killing people! The russians are a minority who took power and do not recognize other nations from that area: other nations do not have the right to speak, learn etc in their own laguages, only in russian! How do u find that mate?

  • @feldmareschall Eu vorbesc romina,si ce?

  • @AngFangIndustries I respect your interest very much.Where did you find that song at 1:50? what's the name?

  • @AngFangIndustries how about andorra, san marino, seychilles, monaco, liechtenstein, vatican, abkhazia, north korea???

  • @scorpioninpink North Korea kinda has a population of 24 million people. Would exactly call that a micro-nation.

  • Moldova bellongs Romanian land , was and is romanian land not URSS

  • Did that guy at the end land that fish?

  • Transnistria - PAMANT ROMANESC

  • Respect for that people They not traitors like many ex soviet countrys..

  • The place looks okay, might go there for holiday.Did you go there by plane or bus/car from Romania?

  • @barricader6 there is a bus from Ukraine and a bus from Moldova. I think it will be bad to go there from Romania (two borders and big distance)

If you want you can write me, I can help you with all about this. I'm planning to go there for a short time in July.

  • @kmlsite Which city in Moldova? And also, i think it would be good to see how the life of a soviet citizen runs.

  • @barricader6 Chisinau, the capital of Moldova. there is no soviet citizens today, so every country lives different and looks different, no matter that all of them were together in USSR.

it would be hard for you to get Transnistria without good knowledge of Russian.

by the way, don't take video or photo near borders, it is forbidden (just saying it because I saw BBC movie and such problem. operator didn't understand why soldiers tried to get their camera). filming is forbidden on any border.

  • And your country is allowed to shoot on the camera at the border?

  • @mioritsa I live in Ukraine and filming on the border is FORBIDDEN. The same is in Belarus and Russia. And, as I said, in Transnistria

  • Basarabia Pamant Romanesc !!!! Transnistria Pamantu Romanesc !!!

  • Transnistria and Moldova were part of Romania for centuries. Then, the STINKY and RETARDED Soviets, anexed them to their fucked up "motherland". So, TRANSNISTRIA IS MOLDOVA, and MOLDOVA IS ROMANIA!

  • noxon80--fabycfr91 if you want to have a friend take my penn...is in your hand!1!!!!!

  • i Like Transnistria, it's a beautiful part of Moldova :) a have many romanian friends over ther living

  • Transnistria exist as a country because it`s people wants the country to exist......we in the west got a big problem....the elite don`t care if their country exist......first South Africa was lost....Britan could be next.......or America...or France.....do anyone remember Rhodesia?..... maybe Transnistria will be the most long lived European country....because the people and the elite wants it to exist....

  • so people from Transnistria are Transnistrians?Romanians?Russians?Moldovans? How do they consider themselfs?

  • Too bad this video couldn't capture more supports of this ghost state: Russian tanks...

  • picture this: ALL LIVE IN TRANSNISTRIA :D

  • Sorry my comment got cut off in mid-sentence. Anyway, what I'm saying is that its best to visit this place now, before the world discovers it and the tourists turn it into another Bangkok or Paris, which are touristy and has lost its authentic flavor. By the way, any good looking girls?

  • there are always good looking girls in Eastern Europe!

  • This country is a joke... it doesn't exist, and it threatens the safety of every other nation on earth.

  • @rvsvillanueva Luckily entering the country is very bureaucratic so it wil not be very touritattractive untill thats sortet out

  • Wow you've been to a place only a few people in the world has seen. Better visit this place be

  • wow.. I really liked your video!! XD

  • Aah, what a Man among Men you are! I am hoping of someday visiting this mysterious place too. Good to see that someone actually got in, AND came out of there!

  • Transnistria e Moldova.

  • Transnistria e Moldova! and Moldova is Romanian Land! FUCK RUSSIA THEY ARE SUBHUMANS

  • But we are not the descendants of romans, or ancestors are dachians and thrachians.

  • really?dacians or thracians are the same things, dacians were a tribe of thracians! thracians had over 100 tribes in europe, and one of them are dacians if you didn't knew! i suggest you to learn your history and language and the origin of it, and stop using slavic propagandas! it seems that communist rats brain washed you for good

    P.S >Russians are subhumans

  • MrKriminaL88, ROMANIAN COMMUNISM taught that Dacians were related to pre-latins and spoke similar languages.

Romanians are genetically descended of Dacians. Any Latin blood would be minimal and by 2000 years is almost all gone.

Romanians are only Latin by Language

    Nothing more

Russians are subhumans? yes lets blame the the russian people instead of dictators like Ceausescu and Stalin who promoted racism, and LIES

If anything your the one supporting communist dictators you racist subhuman rat

  • which hotel did u stay at?

  • I think it was called Hotel Druzhba or something similar. It was on the main street, about opposite the House of Soviets.

  • Transnistria to Russia and Moldova and southern part of Ukraina to Rumania

  • no, romania to romania moldova to moldova russia to russia ukraine to ukraine.

  • stupid

  • The Moldavian Republic itself is today a sort of phantom state, not to mention this territory. Transnistria is not Romanian land; it was artificially created by comrade Stalin as a land base for the further invasion of Romania. Soviet Union shouldn't have messed with Romania's borders in June 1940; their military invasion brought a huge tragedy for everybody including their own people.

  • i don't agree with the statement,

  • Sorin you dumb bloke, Stalin didn't artificially "create" Transnistria. How is moldova a phantom state? i dont think you even know what your talking about. Go back to romania.

  • Gleb, you are disrespectful to me. I am in Romania, you are too but you just don't know it yet. Moldova is a phantom state because you are TOTALY in the Russians' hands in political and economical terms. You've been brain washed by the Stalinist experiment to believe Soviets' lies, you have NO RESPECT for your own martyrs and history backing Soviet style policies and Moscow's puppet politicians and you're STUPID to turn against your brothers from Romania believing that this will bring you welth

  • Politically we are not in the hands of the russians we are there only economically, so is romania. exports from russian oil pipes go through romania which uses gazprom, a russian company.

i know you think that the Moldavian ppl were brainwashed by stalin, but it is more of invoked realization. There was no moldovian nationalism back then, stalin made it yes. But it is the right of any moldovian to keep it, no matter where its roots come from, it is based now upon Moldovanism, nothing russian.

  • You're joking.Voronin has no teeth left in his mouth after how much blow job he made to Putin and to others from Russia.Come on, get serios, Gleb. Romania impots about 30 % gas from Russia the rest is produced in our country by Romgaz and Petrom, first being a state owned company the second an Austrian-Romanian one, both paying taxes and salaries to us.After what they did to Romania since 1940, everyone avoids the Russians. They should allow Moldova unite with Romania to regain our trust in them

  • you still did not reply to my statement on Moldovian nationalism, any reason you avoided answering it? Majority of Moldova wants to stay as in independent country. majority always matters more than your pro-romanion minority

  • I don't have any problem at all with what a presumptive majority of Moldova wants in this respect. What you don't seem to realize is that you are not on your own, the Russians are on your back. The Unity with Romania is just one of the options, it isn't the only one. But, mark my words, Romania will never let the Russia made its game in Basarab's I manor, to transform the whole Moldova in larger Transnistria, to Russify what was left of our brother's identity and culture. WE ARE MOLDAVIENS TOO.

  • ok i understand that, but i am definetly not agreeing to russification, i am highly against it. But you still have to respect ethnic rights. Russian should be a secondary official language. And romanian should be the most official language.

  • The Unity will not happen very soon precisely because of these interests of Russia and possible of other powers implied in the world geo-political match; secondly, the de-nationalization of the Romanian Moldavians and the Soviet theory of "moldovenism" are other set back factors in the unionist project.Regarding the official languages in Romania, in an area (county, city or village) where a minority exceeds 20% of the population its language became official locally such as in the court,in police

  • still not a good idea. You throw russia at everything, but just realize russia has nothing to do with anything right now. Russia inspired Moldovan Nationalism for the wrong reasons, its is being used for the right reasons now by true moldovans. And are you born in Moldova? no? then you are not moldovan. Moldovan is territorial status not ethnicity.

  • Ok. I maintain my statements about Russia whatsoever. Regarding the unity issue the future will show us if our tragic histrorical destiny might be changed. For me it's a matter of respect for my forefathers to aim at the revival of the Romanian nation, as it once was. I believe the son of Stefan the Great, Petru Rareş said:" Vom fi iarăşi ce am fost şi mai mult decât atât".

  • Frankly, I don't understand your Romanian, man. I don't understand what do you mean. Who Romanianizated the Slavs in Transilvania and when? It is the first time when I hear this. As I said, I respect your opinion regarding the Unity between Romania and Moldova but, as you know, I am on the opposite side.

  • sorry about the romanian lol im having a hard time, but ok im just trying to make you see Moldova like i see it. When i think about moldova think about the people, the friends, the beautiful landscapes of Chisinau the whole country, i just want whats best for the country, and hearing that the country should be forgotten because it should unite with a different country based on race makes me uncomfortable, i respect your views but i hope someday youll see how much of value moldovan freedom is to us

  • Hi guys, I've really enjoyed reading your comments. One of the cool things about youtube is the opportunity to create a forum for these sorts of debates. If you were willing, I'd be interested to hear about each of you personally. What sort of work or study do you both do? Is everyone in Romania and Moldova as informed and passionate as you both about these issues?

  • Hey,me and MrSorin have obviously different ideas on Moldova, but i think its all about if you were raised in Moldova or romania, Romanians wouldnt know how much our country means to us, Moldova had a poll of who wanted Moldova as a independent country in 2003 87% said yes.The Romanian nationalist believe Moldova should join Romania because Moldova speaks 70% Romanian and are the same race. So the big question is "should countries be based upon race?" I doubt it, moldova is a multi ethnic country

  • Well there are positive and negative things about the union of Moldova and Romania, i was born in Chisinau in 1988 and i lived first 7 years of my life in Tiraspol. During the conflict i was in Krasnodar, lol, but nontheless when i moved back to Chisinau i noticed how everything was changing, the goverment was pushing for everything to be in romanian, there are no Moldavian Russian channels and very rarely i head a Radio DJ speak in russian.

  • i think Moldova should stay as 2 separate states, but not as separated as it is right now, and of course PMR government likes to stay secluded which enables mafia to do its business, but nontheless i hope they will stay at peace and Moldova not to take over Tiraspol and make it Romanian. Moldova will prob not join Romania until PMR joins Moldova, but i guess we have to wait and see.

  • well i respect that idea but its not what i believe in. I have researching much lately and my new belief is for a ROMANIAN FEDERATION. Divided into 3 federations. Wallachia which official language will only be romanian. Transylvania which will have romanian and hungarian official languages. And Bessarabia or Moldova as having russian and romanian as official languages. This way i know everyone will be happy or at least satisfied

  • Romanian Federation is a good idea, did you changed your mind in the last few months and now you are an anti-Romanian believer? this is the most smartest thing you wrote Gleb, in Moldova the Romanian and Russian language should be official where it's a population of Russian speaker higher than 20%

  • Changed my mind :) Maybe if Romania joined Moldova, made Chisinau the capital that would be different. But Russian language should simply be second official, If your in a 100% Moldavian/Romanian speaking town then simply speak Romanian and not russian.

But to save the trouble, Russian should be second official language in Moldova. Russian first language in Transnistria and Gagauzia

And Transnistria should remove Ukrainian from its official list. Nobody speaks that language there as first

  • we don't care if Chisinau would be the new capital, the only thing is that to have free elections, and every region to manage their own money and to make economic decentralization, whole regions should host their own money not like now days when all the money goes to Bucharest or Chisinau, it's not fare if Cluj produce more to give money for Chisinau or if Transnistria produce more money to give it to Bucharest, we should be a fare Federation like U.S and U.K,and i'm not against Russian language
