i love that the premise of PT is ballet and fairytales but there is also so much action in it!!! like swords and fighting and whatnot! Great AMV!!

I'm not crazy about Princess Tutu but I've also never given it a chance. After watching this AMV, I'm now convinced I will like it.

Also, the graphics that went along with the song were absolutely perfect. Madam Guillotine is my favorite song from the show and you kept up with its pace just right. Loooove it!

You inspired me to watch the entire series after watching this video--it looked so intriguing and I'm happy I took the time to watch all 26 episodes. It really is good I have to say as a ballet dancer, the artist got all the ballet mime perfectly right.

The Scarlet Pimpernel is a story set in the time of the French Revolution when the aristocrats were sentenced to the guillotine and a band of aristocrats with their leader known as the Scarlet Pimpernel tries to save the aristocrats. Yet the Scarlet Pimpernel is a mystery. No one knows who he is. He is really a rich Brittain gentlemen saving people's lives. And his wife was a part of the ones who sentenced Aristocrats to the guillotine. Yet you realize she was accused of it and wasn't part of it

@FATE522 Except in the book, where you realize she was, but only in an offhand way. She made a comment that was taken and used to kill some guy. But she still didn't do it on purpose.

Exactly. :) One thing is the Musical very much differs from book. In the Musical its in Percy's point of view mostly and in the book its Margaret point of view. :)

I don't know why, but at 1:27 when we see Mute under the influence of the Raven Blood I am reminded of Dark Heart from Care Bears: A New Generation. Anyone else or am I just going nuts???

Actually, Kraehe is the correct translation; it's the German word for 'crow'. The Japanese just had some trouble rendering the word. (Similarly, his name is "Mytho' because it's short for the word 'Mythos').

So both companies got the spelling right, yet both managed to chop up the prononciation of the names into something incomprehensible? (All of my friends take German, so I know when something sounds like German, and that does not sound German! lol)

It's not a dark play- infact, it's a quite light and humorous play. It is set in a very dark time in French history though, which is what the scene containing this song portrays.
