I just attempted it with True Devil Slicer and a Pitfall, purged all flashes and pitfall on first, killed in like 5 mins, then the other took a bit, but i cleared it with only one death :D

It matters if you have armor that compliments your weapon too some what, i am assuming you have decent armor. You should be able to do it fine with those weapons expecially if you and your friend work well with your friends, its not a difficult mission if you just stay alert and don't get cocky. (since chico didn't really answer your question)
