You dont need to save the mod as a rar file.

1. When the computer asks you if you want to save or open, choose open. depending on your computer, it should take a few minutes to download.

2. when it finishes, just drag the download into the modules section of the version of the game the mod is for.

3. when you launch the game, the mod should be in the drag down box with native.

I downloaded a module while I wrote this so I shouldn't have much trouble. Enjoy.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but this mod was never completed. Kosciusz stopped communicating the status of his mod for a while, and on Apr 22, 2007 his thread on the M&B forums was locked to stop spammers. So, This mod is dead for now. Maybe someone else will come along in the future and resurrect it, but as of now this mod will not see the light of day. Sorry guys.

This mod is nothing besides the 1866 mod. Its still under construction, but i allready know that it will be one of the best mod for M&B, and the team that makes it is all of the best modders in M&Bs story. I can't wait for it to be done it will be so fantastic. It will be for version 1.010/1.011 i think, thats the one i have XD. Just search for Mount & Blade 1866 mod and you will find lots of beta testing movies!

Where are the hordes? The game looks good and shows how far you can mod this game, but it has a few things that must be addressed. Every single hat here is mexican style, is this the mexican revolution or what? :P and some of the clothes look too flashy. The riffle scene made the game look by far too easy. I hope it has some fortresses sige and recruiting amerindians and farmers to your side. There should be bows too!!!
