@kitty21867 Um.... Yes, and no? It depends, if it's a toddler, you can change stuff using the Sim Modder whch you can find on the internet xD I forgot what website I got it from. But you can also get different mods for babies on ModtheSims. Lemme know if you need help with mod installations, just pm me :3

To get normal baby clothes that are not skin just go to the sims resource and go to sets and under clothing should have a picture if a baby wearing clothes a shirt with jeans you click the middle button which says download as a sims 2 pack and a box will open and it will say open save or cancel you click open and wait for it to install then a box will come up saying do you allow this program just click allow and soon a blue box will pop up and it will say what you downloaded and you click insta

Like u put the biggest lot down build a small house then download hospital things on modthesims or other websites and build another house thing and make it look like a hospital. So its all done on the same lot. :) hope u understand

@ugamer20 to get a sims 2 baby u get ur husband and wife to bed...u press on the bed and then relax for both of them and then u press on one of the sims and it should say have a baby....press on it then they have u know what and then if theres music at the end they r gonna have a baby but if theres no music try again.....and ur sim has the baby after 3 sim days :)

I had all the rooms decorated and ready for the newcomers, and then my sim went in to labor a day early (I don't know why) had triplets, and at the same time the social worker shows up with a little black girl (I'm not racist, I just wanted her to look like the parents). So yeah, fml.

It's Custom Content, meaning the items were built by players for you to download purely for in-game purposes, like the fact there is no hospital, but she needed one, so she downloaded one. You can get them from The Sims 2 Exchange on The Sims 2 website (which is down for maintenance at the moment) or other Third Party sites, like ModTheSims2(dot)com, which is a reliable and good service for CC. Hope I helped! :-)
