I only have one problem with the impeachment idea. If they started the hearings say 6 - 9 months ago it may have made a difference. Now? Waste of time, but there are ways to hamper Cheney's errr... I mean Bush's ambitions. To bad they don't have the balls to do it.

I'm not interested in impeachment as much as imprisonment...impeachment is just the current means to that end. Whether they're impeached or not, they still need to be tried and convicted, to send the message to future generations that we are not powerless in the face of elite power, and that nobody, even a president, can get away with this level of brazen corruption. To do nothing and let them get away with it will cause severe psychological damage to the cause of change.
