hey, I just recently purchased an 02 1500 slt 5.9L, with a 3 inch lift. It's a quad cab, black, dodge rims. I was wondering just because you have more experince with trucks than me, what size tires I should go with, and what kind? I want all terrain tires on it, but want them to look good for the size of the truck. I don't want to spend more than I have to though, but I want them to last.

i have a 4.7 in my dakota and it is strait piped it doesnt sound like that. it is not as high pitched its more of a deeper sound but i still like it. it might be different on a ram it all depends what size exhaust pipe they use. the bigger the more higher pitched.

Yes it is legal and it cost about fifty bucks i just had them cut the pipe about a foot past the cat and dump it into the ground.

I like them alot when I bought them the guy told me that they were real good on the road thats why I got them. Plus they are smooth at highway speeds I do get a little hum but nothing like the TSL's. they vibrate a little at 45 mph. but stop at 48 mph. dont no why. But i recomend these tires.

I would really like to buy a set of those for my superduty but I read a review and the dude said that they bounce on the road like a mo-foe, the tires lose pressure constantly and the tread doesn't last very long. Have you experienced anything like this? Your truck sounds sick dude!!

No mine run smooth on the road and I have had them for 2 months and have not had to put air in any of the tires yet. Also the guy who i bought them from told me that they are one of the longest lasting a/t tires out there if you keep them rotated. Also very little hum on the highway.
