this was my favorite character on the show. i loved how he insanely screamed his head off when shooting his guns. he hardley shot straight becuase of it but it was funny as hell. im not digging the clear red plastic on the figure though. definately deserves a repaint. but a definate must have for a beast wars fan. once i get all the movie figures im gonna start buying the beast wars figures.

Actually it was explained in a comic book sequel, In witch a Predacon called Magmatron traveled through the warp and basically started another Beast Wars with the surviving protoforms. Essentially it was all the toys in the line that weren't used for the show. Oh and Tarantullas came back as a zombie.

He was "revived" by the Vok powers he inherited along with a silver coloring, he revived Ravage and with some protoform predacons fought against the Vok forces witch included Transmetal Airazor and Tigatron for control of the Matrix. Oh and sorry I accidentally mixed this comic (Primeval Dawn) with another called The Gathering, both are 4-part miniseries but the one with Tarantulas was canceled just before issue 4 could be released.

Where can I find these comics? I also heard that the new Tarantulas turned Black Arachnia evil, is that true? If so, wasn't she back on Cybertron at that point going through the Beast Machines storyline?

I know that The Gathering can be bought at IDW's site but Primeval Dawn and Universe the one with BA turning evil, I'm not sure where to find (don't own those). And Black Arachnia in that story turned evil after the events of Beast Machines, something about Unicron and alternate universes and what-not.
