i would rate this phone a 9.5 because some of the metal chips off, but then again i have had it for over a year...and all LG phones chip. and yeah their will be fingerprints, and the touch screen works like new :] hope that helped?

yeah the silver paint on the edge is scratched cuz i dropped mine...venus is my favorite phone out of all verizon phones. battery life lasts 2 days...and to get the music you need a memory card
