@minime1761 This was also after the 2008 season. Steve Smith went for over 1,400 yards and was a Pro Bowler and All-Pro, all while missing the first 3 games of the season. AND the Panthers are a pass heavy team… AND Jake Delhomme was his QB.
U know this guy has to be a panthers fan if he put STEVE SMITH AT NUMBER 1... Steve smith is one of my favorites.. but let's be real... he is top 10.. not number 1
Steve smith is not number 1, hes not the best WR hes ok, the only reason people think hes so good is cause he has to make up for his offense hes really the only WR on the panthers whos any good, You could put chad ochocinco on the panthers and hed be the best offensive player, steve is really the only choice to throw it to so hes always got the ball
1.Andre Johnson 2.Reggie Wayne 3.Calvin Johnson 4.Randy Moss 5.Larry Fitzgerald 6.Brandon Marshall 7.Sidney Rice 8.Donald Driver 9.Miles Austin 10.Roddy White 11 Greg Jennings 12.DeSean Jackson
1. Andre Johnson 2. Larry Fitzgerald 3. Brandon Marshall 4. Calvin Johnson 5. Randy Moss 6. Desean Jackson 7. Reggie Wayne 8. Roddy White 9. Anquan Bolding 10. Steve Smith 11. Donald Driver 12. Chad Ochocinco That's my opinion.
@forresteldridge Let me guess, you're one of the thousands of people who didn't look to see this video was for the 2008 season. And I do football videos, I have over 25 of them on my channel. -_-
@andypantz7007 It's not about numbers (stats). It's about talent. Calvin Johnson plays on one of the worst teams in the NFL and he still manages to make AMAZING plays. Look at his numbers again but this time look at his height, weight and speed. You will be blown away how a guy so big can run so fast. That is why he is the Megatron. He should be #1 on the list.
Larry Fitzgerald should be number one and Andre Johnson should be number 2 and where is Sidney Rice, Anquan Boldin, Desean Jackson, Hines Ward, and Santonio Holmes u missed a lot of people
Moss has been good for many years, but he's starting to be overrun by Welker.I'm not saying Moss isn't good, but he's definetly not #1 material. P.S. Steve smith iz beaztly!
Wes Welker isn't the best either. Maybe if Andre Johnson, Reggie Wayne, Fitz, Steve Smith, Randy Moss, Brandon Marshall, Vincent Jackson, Calvin Johnson, Greg Jennings, and Ocho Cinco all quit playing, then maybe he'd be the best.
wow dude, he has had the most catches in the league the last three years and he was injured part of some of those years and he didn't have tom brady last season
@andypantz7007 Ocho Cinco....Greg Jennings.....Vincent Jackson....better than Wes Welker? What the.....are you on fucking crack. First your list sucks, then your opinion sucks even worse. let me guess....Steve Smith is still ahead of AJ and Fitz?
@andypantz7007 uhh dude what r u talking about, name 1 reciever in the league now thats had 3 back2back2back 100+ receptions all for 1000 + yards, the stats say it, just because welker isn't big and physical and can't make all those 1 handed catches and jump over people, doesn't mean hes not one of the best, andre johnson is the only reciever with more yards than welker... the stats show that he is underrated by far the most in the nfl
welker is the number 1 receiver in the league! 123 cathces this season, out for 3 and a half games and next year he is gonna break the record, i say at least 150
Take a second and realize this is from last season. Not a chance Welker is number one last season. And I realize my video is the top suggestion for related videos on a couple of Welker videos, so I know you're all fans. But last season, Steve, Larry, and Andre were no doubt the top 3.
This is from last season. Welker wasn't as productive in season's past. I realize my video is the first suggestion on a couple of Welker videos, so I know most people commenting are fans. So chill.
Definitely. Steve isn't even top 10 this season, Wes is easily top 3. Fitz, Moss, White, Owens, Calvin, and Housh move down while Andre would be my number 1, Reggie and Wes shoot up, Miles Austin jumps in along with a few other guys, Vincent Jackson. Yeah haha.
Hmmmm.....you put Welker 12th even though he led the NFL in receptions in 07' 08' and still, 09'. With and Without Tom Brady; Wes Welker is hands down the best receiver.
By tha way im a cinci fan and i luv 85 but im not bias and i know he aint tha best in the league. each reciever has his own pro and con. for instance andre and fitz tha best in the league fitz has better hands but andre is more physical and gets more YAC
How do you not give respect to steve smith he a total badass he plays like he is 6'5 230 pound reciever plus he has heart which makes him more deadly he arguably tha best give him a QB see wat happens
Please notice this was made and recognized for last season. Check out some stats. Steve missed the first 2 games and still came in the top 3 for total yards.
Andre Johnson is a relentless animal. He's the best wide reciver in the league. Period. You put him on the Colts, Patriots, Cardinals and a couple others and he goes for 2,000 yards. No disrespect to Fitz and the rest of the guys but AJ can only be unknown for so much longer around the country. Did yall see that play against the Cardinals the other day? He jacked up the linebacker then trucked 2 defensive guys into the end zone. Nobody else can do that!
At least Andre has Schuab throwing to him. Steve has Shaky Jake and his 13 picks in the last 5 games. I'd much rather have Schaub than Jake right about now.
okay first off donald driver???? greg jennings is the best wr on the packers by far.... im a HUGE roddy fan but he aint no calvin johnson and switch larry and steve and ur top 2 is correct . but WHERES COLSTON?? 1.larry fitzgerald 2.steve smith 3.andre johnson 4.calvin johnson 5.roddy white 6.reggie wayne 7.brandon marshall 8.marcus colston 9.greg jennings 10.terrell owens
okay thats true but hes still a premier reciever . . . and larry fitzgerald had waaay more than 1 good yr of football... he just wasnt getting exposed bcuz his team sucked . same as andre johnson .
Yeah I feel bad for Andre down in Houston. He needs a better team so he can shine. And I'm surprised Arizona isn't an elite team. If they had a running back they should be a Super Bowl worthy team. And Larry has to deal with Boldon also getting half the catches, so his stats could possibly be record breaking if he was in a situation like Steve or Andre where they're the only great receiver on the team.
Coming from KcChiefs82727. Dwayne Bowe has shown potential, but he isn't there yet. Not even close. But I think he's gonna have a breakout season with Matt Cassel at the wheel.
I'd have to agree. But I don't think they'll be as dominate as they have been in the past. They have a good chance of winning the whole thing, but watch for the Chargers, Steelers, and Ravens to give them trouble in the AFC. And for the NFC, watch out for the Eagles, Panthers, possibly Falcons, and maybe the Saints depending on if they can pull together their defense.
Driver is very consistent. If you throw it anywhere near him, he'll catch it. He may not be explosive or make big plays, but he is a huge asset to the Packers in my opinion.
Sorry, I stand corrected. You had Andre Johnson number three. I agree with that. Fitzgerald put himself over Johnson with his playoff performance. Steve Smith has been the most consistent wideout in the league since 2005. Period.
I agree with your list with one exception, no Andre Johnson. The past four years he has put up stats comparable to Fitzgerald, Smith, Moss, and Owens.
hell yea i like this list, Steve Smith numero uno. I love how people are getting mad that you put him up top, like he hasnt made any pro bowls are doesnt have the stats, they must be getting him confused with Steve Smith from the New York football Giants, look at the stats deuschebags, and he did miss two games so he defintly would have had the most receiving yards last year, easily and of course a couple of more touchdowns.
ROFLMAO!!! Steve Smith as #1????????????? AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!! Who posted this video, Steve Smith's mother?? LOL. Not even in his own dreams is Steve Smith even close to as good as Randy Moss. This list was clearly made by a casual football fan. Do some research, you chump.
You dunno who you just called a casual football fan, buddy. Think about it. I made this video for LAST SEASON. Randy Moss?? Maybe 2-3 years ago, number 1. But last season Steve Smith missed the first two games and still managed to come second in recieving yards. Randy Moss?? Played all games and came nowhere near Steve. Steve was by far the best this last season considering the 2 game suspension.
His problem this season was he didn't have the league's second best QB lobbing the ball to him every other down. He had a very average Matt Cassell. Look at what Steve does with Jake Delhomme, who has been getting worse and worse since the end of the 2005 season. He puts up the numbers with a below average QB.
I actually agree with this list and I think for the most part its pretty accurate. And ANYONE who doesnt think Welker shouldn't be top 12 obviously has not watched football the last few years... kid is a BEAST
i mean,,,,no doubt he gets his catches. but u can put anyone in that offense to replace wes welker and they will produce numbers. i think hes a good reciever, but he has no skills that make him great. i mean he just has numbers but hes not fast doesnt jump high and drops some balls. hes a product of that system. hes a good football player tho not putting him down at all.
na he really isnt. hes just extremely quick. not a fast fourty time nor does he have deep speed. hes soooooo quick tho which makes him run great routes and impossible to catch.
Nice list, everybody has there opinions, and i know its hard to create a list, so hard! This is my list of top 12 12 - Donnie Avery 11 - Torry Holt (lol, he's my favorite) 10 - Calvin Johnson 9 - Roddy White 8 - Terrell Owens 7 - Brandon Marshall 6 - Reggie Wayne 5 - Larry Fitzgerald 4 - Randy Moss 3 - Andre Johnson 2 - Chad Johnson 1 - Steve Smith
I actually really think Roddy White is 8th on my list and Boldwin is 11.
Your list, i don't see what people are crying about, you got all the right people, some argue the spots you put them in, i wont, i just think Wayne is to low.
And Steve Smith is OBVIOUSLY the best!
That guy can catch everything, and he will out jump you, and on the way down when you think you have him, he will punch you in the mouth and score!
im pretty sure i came to youtube for videos, i could have gone to google if i wanted pictures....

na definitely not. anquan catches sooo many balls. not fast but wont drop the ball and his YAC is amazzzingggggggg. definitely top 10.
ko0ley 2 years ago
Well he just gets overshadowed by Larry's production. It's hard to notice him most of the time.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
weres DWAYNE BOWE your list is horrilble
kcchiefs82727 2 years ago
dwyane bowe isnt even that good.... yet
matt21501 2 years ago
Coming from KcChiefs82727. Dwayne Bowe has shown potential, but he isn't there yet. Not even close. But I think he's gonna have a breakout season with Matt Cassel at the wheel.

all i know is the pats r goin all the way this year an we r gunna dominate....wit randy moss an wes wlker an everyone else...so fuk wit it
cpicard45 2 years ago
I'd have to agree. But I don't think they'll be as dominate as they have been in the past. They have a good chance of winning the whole thing, but watch for the Chargers, Steelers, and Ravens to give them trouble in the AFC. And for the NFC, watch out for the Eagles, Panthers, possibly Falcons, and maybe the Saints depending on if they can pull together their defense.

how did driver get on the list? packers are my favorite team, but i can still admit driver basically sucks
packfan42585 2 years ago
Driver is very consistent. If you throw it anywhere near him, he'll catch it. He may not be explosive or make big plays, but he is a huge asset to the Packers in my opinion.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
Sorry, I stand corrected. You had Andre Johnson number three. I agree with that. Fitzgerald put himself over Johnson with his playoff performance. Steve Smith has been the most consistent wideout in the league since 2005. Period.
so011008 2 years ago
Yep.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
I agree with your list with one exception, no Andre Johnson. The past four years he has put up stats comparable to Fitzgerald, Smith, Moss, and Owens.
so011008 2 years ago
hell yea i like this list, Steve Smith numero uno. I love how people are getting mad that you put him up top, like he hasnt made any pro bowls are doesnt have the stats, they must be getting him confused with Steve Smith from the New York football Giants, look at the stats deuschebags, and he did miss two games so he defintly would have had the most receiving yards last year, easily and of course a couple of more touchdowns.
teamdomination71388 2 years ago
and Steve Smith doesnt have a Tom Brady or Kurt Warner passing to him, he has a very average Jake Delhomme.
teamdomination71388 2 years ago
Thank you. My point exactly.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
Do some research, you chump.
p0int0f0rigin 2 years ago
You dunno who you just called a casual football fan, buddy. Think about it. I made this video for LAST SEASON. Randy Moss?? Maybe 2-3 years ago, number 1. But last season Steve Smith missed the first two games and still managed to come second in recieving yards. Randy Moss?? Played all games and came nowhere near Steve. Steve was by far the best this last season considering the 2 game suspension.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
ok i agree, steve smith is great. but randy came in second in tds with 11...with a "high school qb"
ko0ley 2 years ago
His problem this season was he didn't have the league's second best QB lobbing the ball to him every other down. He had a very average Matt Cassell. Look at what Steve does with Jake Delhomme, who has been getting worse and worse since the end of the 2005 season. He puts up the numbers with a below average QB.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
I actually agree with this list and I think for the most part its pretty accurate. And ANYONE who doesnt think Welker shouldn't be top 12 obviously has not watched football the last few years... kid is a BEAST
wj100393 2 years ago
Thank you.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
i mean,,,,no doubt he gets his catches. but u can put anyone in that offense to replace wes welker and they will produce numbers. i think hes a good reciever, but he has no skills that make him great. i mean he just has numbers but hes not fast doesnt jump high and drops some balls. hes a product of that system. hes a good football player tho not putting him down at all.
ko0ley 2 years ago
Wes Welker is very fast.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
na he really isnt. hes just extremely quick. not a fast fourty time nor does he have deep speed. hes soooooo quick tho which makes him run great routes and impossible to catch.
ko0ley 2 years ago
Yeah. I'd say he's one of, if not the best slot reciever in the NFL because of his explosiveness off the line.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
josephNYY2 2 years ago 3
Thanks for understanding lol. And nice list.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
I actually really think Roddy White is 8th on my list and Boldwin is 11.
Your list, i don't see what people are crying about, you got all the right people, some argue the spots you put them in, i wont, i just think Wayne is to low.
And Steve Smith is OBVIOUSLY the best!
That guy can catch everything, and he will out jump you, and on the way down when you think you have him, he will punch you in the mouth and score!
josephNYY2 2 years ago
That's Steve for you...
andypantz7007 2 years ago
Watch Donnie Avery! Donnie Avery is going to put up numbers this season, watch!
Have you seen his highlights? He was a rookie and had a highlight real!
I can't wait for my Rams season to start!
josephNYY2 2 years ago
Roddy White iz ma favorite n he iz n da top 10 bt Steve Smith iz not #1 hes nowhere near better den Larry Fitzgerald or Andre Johnson

Steve Smith and Ochocinco? This ain't 07 bruh.
ThrowItPac 2 years ago
Chad Johnson isn't even on the list...
andypantz7007 2 years ago
and even if chad wasss on the list, u cant doubt his skills. whether or not he has the production, hes still the reciever he was in 07.
ko0ley 2 years ago
Chad's good, but he didn't do anything last season. I expect him to be pretty darn good this season.
andypantz7007 2 years ago
