Since I don't see any further explanation posted, I will tell you what FMALORD12946 was talking about. There are things called flash cards, and they're used to put homebrew apps, roms, etc onto your DS. You just need a MicroSD card and a MicroSD reader, and you connect the MicroSD card into the reader and the reader into your computer's USB port. You need whatever firmware is for your flash cart, and once you have that just load whatever roms you want onto it. Continued next post

Once you get your firmware and your roms onto your MicroSD card, you take the reader out of the USB port, and the MicroSD card out of the reader, then pop the MicroSD card into the flash cart (there should be a small slot on the top to pop it into). Then you put the flash cart into your DS slot, like it was a DS game, and turn it on. You should be able to play whatever DS games you put onto the cart if you did everything right. With most cards you can also add mp3s, vids, ebooks, software, etc.

Get Innocence Style, which you can only obtain by leveling three of your styles to 10. Getting Hermana is also a requirement. Once you get Innocence Style, equip it and level it to 10 to get your Hi-Ougi. Must be done for each character.

Not quite. It means the console it is played on is not capable of processing as quickly the same stuff your typical home console could do. They have to sacrifice something in order for it to be portable - power.

in order to use hi-ougis, first, you have to have 3 styles at level 15 or higher, be after the point where Hermana is in the party, and sleep at an inn. When you sleep at an inn with 3 styles at level 15, you unlock the Innocent style for that character. Then all you do is level that style up to level 10 and equip Awakening (you get it when innocent style is at level 10).

Its not something easy to do, but, you first need to get Innocent Style, for innocent style, after getting Hermana, you must have 3 styles at level 15 or higher, then sleep at an Inn.

Then for High Ougi, equip the skill " 覚醒 " (AKA Awakening) that you get at level 10 of Innocent style. When your combo gauge is at maximum (like in the video) push A and B together to use Hi Ougi
